The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable. An account created with false information may be cancelled at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same mobile number, the same payment account, or the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all bonuses.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Giving account access to any third party or transferring the account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

• Deposits using another person's mobile wallet are not permitted.
• A single mobile number may not be used across multiple accounts.
• Sharing deposit or withdrawal details with any third party is prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After the first deposit, tekkabuzz aff gives members a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount — ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus applies only once on the first deposit.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• A maximum bet limit per slot or live game may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
• Wagering must be completed within the set time limit for fulfilling the bonus terms.
• If bonus misuse is found, the related bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, tekkabuzz aff offers various cashback deals and special offers. Each offer has its own terms, which will be stated in the offer details. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of tekkabuzz aff will be considered final.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is finally confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a bet is considered void due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or a data provider error, tekkabuzz aff reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the original stake.

6.2 Matches and Events

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned and does not resume, the same rule applies.
• For live betting, the odds at which the bet was accepted before any odds change will apply.
• If any one selection in a multi bet is cancelled, it will be reduced to a single bet.

6.3 Prohibited Misconduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, the account will be closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited:

• Use of bots or automated software.
• Placing opposing bets between accounts to guarantee a win in one of them (Arbitrage).
• Coordinated activity for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Any member may request temporary or permanent closure of their account at will. In this case, steps will be taken in accordance with the Responsible Gaming guidelines. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balance will be given before the account is closed.

7.2 Closure by the Platform

tekkabuzz aff may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.

• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Violation of the age limit requirement.

7.3 Appeals Process
